Goodwill Shopping: Febuarary 2, 2012

Today, I found some New with Tag shoes from the As Is Side. They are Mossimo from Target but I got them for $1.29. They are really nice flats. Glad I found these beauties. In case you are wondering, I am a short girl with big feet ;) My feet have actually grown after having my kids. I used to be a size 8 but now I am a 9 or 10 depending on the brand and style.

Goodwill Shopping: January 25, 2012

I love boots! I found these at the regular Goodwill side for $6.99. They are classified brand. I also found Seven for all mankind jeans ( In my size, Yeah!) at the As Is side for $1.29. They are not pictured since I threw them in the wash, but I am sure I will put together an outfit with them soon.

I found another great coat today at Goodwill As Is for $1.29! It is a black Calvin Klein wool dress coat. I didn't have a dress coat so this will work great.

I was not going to go into Goodwill today but I decided to try looking for a wool coat again. I am so glad I did. I went into the Goodwill As Is and found a great orange colored, wool peacoat that fit me great for $1.29. It is St. Johns Bay brand and in excellent shape. What a great find.

Last week Hubby found me...........................................

I have been looking for a decent pair of black dress boots and have come up empty handed in my size. Last week, my husband, came home with these beauties just for me. They were from Target with the tags on them but at a great Goodwill price for $7.99. I was so excited!, I can't wait to break in these babies. Thanks Rusty I love you :)

Goodwill Shopping: January 5, 2012

Great trip at Goodwill today. I found a great little basket for .79 cents for some of my bathroom stuff. I think baskets are great for organizing. I also found some great clothes at the As Is side. For those of you who don't know we have a discounted Goodwill side called "As is",everything is marked down from the original Goodwill price and non returnable. It is located next door from the regular Goodwill. I found some great black pumps from Target (Xhilaration) for about $2, regular Goodwill price was $5.99. I think every woman needs a nice pair of black pumps. Another great thing about them besides the great price, is that they have a ruffle decoration on them. Perfect for me since I love embellished pumps more than Plain Jane pumps. My baby liked them too. He tried grabbing them when I tried to take a picture :)

Here is another one of a kind item from Goodwill. In fact it has a one of a kind tag that says blue planet creations handmade by Merry. At $1.99 it was hard to resist a purse that would be hard to find anywhere else. How I Love owls and Goodwill.

Is it a mail holder or napkin holder

I went to Goodwill today on a mission. I am looking for my autumn palette of colors to wear since they are the colors that look the best on me. I mostly had these colors, but decided to really be ruthless and go through my closet again. Most of what I have now is my color palette. Skirts and pants can be any colors that will match my tops that I have on hand. I do have some black cardigans and a blazer but I do use them along with a color from my autumn spectrum. I found the Color me Beautiful book at a thrift store that shows all the colors that look best on me. I also wanted to find something to display and keep my earrings together instead of throwing them in a old wipes container like I had been doing which took too long to dig through and as a mother of four time is very precious :)
I went on the hunt for something with holes in it, but not necessarily an earring holder. I found something perfect at the As Is side ( this is the discounted side that I shop the most for clothes, where can you beat .69 cent kids cloths and $1.29 adults?) I found what I think is an office mail holder or maybe a industrial looking napkin holder. It was .59 cents and it works like a charm :) I Love it. I can use the front and back and the middle for bracelets. I love shopping at Goodwill.
